Why we built it
The Long Table comes from Interrogating Faith — a pastor's ongoing project for people untangling what they were taught from what is true. We kept meeting people who thought their only choices were the reading they grew up with or the door.
There was always a third option: the rest of the church. Twenty centuries of it, arguing faithfully with the same texts. This app just pulls up the chairs.
